Piracicaba is often described as being somewhere between Broccolini and a Broccoli Raab; uniquely different to other broccoli varieties, it produces abundant side shoots with loose florets and a large bead on plants that just keep giving! Piracicaba is a highly adaptable variety with exceptional heat tolerance, allowing it to be grown just about anywhere. Removing the central head early on allows for quicker side shoot production.
